My package showed up completely crushed, and the prints inside were bent with the corners all messed up. I was really looooking forward to them, so this was frustrating.

I just placed an order recently and was a bit disappointed with how little I could customize. I only wanted to make a few simple changes, but the options were limited, so I ended up feeling stuck with the basic template. Maybe it’s because this was my most recent experience, but it really left me expecting more.

"Proofing could have been smoother"
The prints turned out okay, but the proofing process was more frustrating than I expected. I only asked for one small change, and it felt like it took way too long to get the updated proof back. I also had to explain the same thing more than once, which made me wish the instructions or next steps had been clearer from the start. Not a terrible experience, but definitely more back and forth than it needed to be

I used jennysprintshop.com for a small print order, and yeah, the communication was clear. They replied when I had a question, which I appreciated. One update, I guess, could’ve come a little sooner, but overall it was easy enough to follow what was going on.

"Nice print, kinda wish it held up better"
I ordered from jennysprintshop.com and the print looked good when it showed up, colors were nice and all that. But after a few weeks I noticed the edges starting to wear a little.. nothing awful, just not as sturdy as I was hoping. For the price I kinda expected it to last a bit better
"Blurry Print and Weird Colors"
I was annoyed with how this turned out. The colors looked totally off, and the edges were all fuzzy instead of clean and sharp. I wasn’t expecting gallery-level perfection or anything, but come on, a print should at least not look blurry.

"Material felt really cheap"
I ordered a few prints, the material wasn’t what I expected at all. The paper felt thin and flimsy, almost like something I could’ve just printed at home.
The colors were okay, but the overall quality just felt cheap. The corners bent way too easily too, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering again...

"Wrong items and no real fix"
My order showed up wrong, which was really frustrating. I chose specific sizes and colors, but the prints I received were not the ones I had ordered.
One shirt had a completely different design, and another had the text placed in a weird spot. I checked my receipt again, and everything looked correct on my side, so I am not sure where it went wrong.
I needed these shirts for an event, so this caused a lot of stress. If getting the exact order right matters to you, I would not recommend ordering from here.

"Website Was Hard to Use"
I’m not trying to be overly picky, but using jennysprintshop.com was more frustrating than it should’ve been. I expected to just browse around and find what I needed, but the site felt confusing and kind of clunky.
It took me way too long to find basic information, and some of the pages just didn’t seem laid out in a way that made sense. I kept clicking around thinking maybe I was missing something, but no, it really just wasn’t that easy to follow.
Maybe the products themselves are totally fine, and I’m not saying the whole business is bad, but the website definitely needs some work. I ended up giving up because it was getting annoying, and I don’t think that’s unreasonable to say.

I ordered from jennysprintshop.com because I thought the price seemed reasonable at first, but once I got the print, I’m not totally sure it was worth it. Maybe my expectations were a little too high, but it just felt kind of average to me. The print was okay, not bad exactly, but nothing that really stood out or felt especially finished. For the amount I paid, I guess I was hoping for a bit better quality. I don’t think I’d order again, though maybe it just wasn’t the right fit for what I wanted

I was a bit disappointed when I saw the prices here. They felt higher than I expected for what I was looking at, and I couldn’t really tell what made them worth it. Maybe other people won’t mind, but for me it just didn’t feel fair. I ended up deciding not to order because I didn’t feel good about it

"Shipping took way longer than it should have"
I ordered from jennysprintshop.com expecting the print to arrive in time for a specific date, but it ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. The lack of helpful updates made the whole thing feel kind of sketchy, like I was left guessing what was actually going on with my order.
The print did eventually show up, but the slow shipping was really frustrating. I probably wouldn’t use them again if I needed something by a certain day, because the waiting and vague communication just made me uneasy
